Your own pace

 

Life doesn't have to feel like an emergency. Life doesn't have to feel like a burden or something we have to figure out.
In stillness is where you will find yourself closer and closer to your truth: you will find your own rhythm.
Take a moment to just stop running, to simply admire nature, the sky, the plants in your house, whatever you have at the moment. There is always something to appreciate.
Allow yourself to feel good in stillness.
